LEGAL DOCUMENTATION

1.1 Data Controller

1.2 Information Collected
We collect the following categories of personal data: (a) Contact information including name, email address, and phone number submitted via contact forms; (b) Project details and specifications voluntarily provided during service consultations; (c) Communication records related to service delivery.

1.3 Legal Basis for Processing
Processing of personal data is conducted under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR—processing necessary for the performance of a contract—and Article 6(1)(f)—legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and improving our services.

1.4 Data Retention
Personal data is retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Spanish and EU law. Project-related data is retained for a maximum of 5 years following project completion.

1.5 Data Security
CopyContentFlow implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, in compliance with Article 32 of the GDPR.

1.6 Data Subject Rights
In accordance with Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to: access their personal data, rectify inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. Exercise these rights by contacting [email protected].

1.7 International Transfers
Personal data may be transferred to processors located outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards under Article 46 of the GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses.

Terms of Service

What You Agree To

  • Payment is required upfront before any documentation work begins.
  • Once delivered, all documentation becomes your intellectual property.
  • We guarantee revisions within the scope of the original project brief.
  • Project timelines begin upon receipt of payment and all required materials.
  • Either party may terminate with written notice; unused portions are refundable.
LEGAL DOCUMENTATION

2.1 Service Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of technical documentation, content creation, and related services by CopyContentFlow ("Provider"), registered at Carrer de Santa Clara 15, 17001 Girona, Spain, to the client ("Client") placing an order through this website or via direct communication.

2.2 Scope of Services
Services are defined in the project proposal or quotation provided to the Client. Any work beyond the agreed scope constitutes a separate engagement requiring additional quotation and Client approval.

2.3 Payment Terms
Full payment is required prior to commencement of services. Payment may be made via the Stripe payment link provided. Late payments accrue interest at a rate of 8% per annum in accordance with Spanish commercial law.

2.4 Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all deliverables become the exclusive property of the Client. CopyContentFlow retains no rights to the delivered work and grants no licenses for retained materials.

2.5 Revisions and Modifications
Each service package includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond this scope are subject to separate quotation. Revisions must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

2.6 Project Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines commence upon: (a) receipt of full payment, and (b) receipt of all materials and information required from the Client. Delays in Client provision of materials extend delivery timelines proportionally.

2.7 Limitation of Liability
CopyContentFlow's total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. The Provider shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

2.8 Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 15 days' written notice. Upon termination, the Client is entitled to receive all work completed to date, and CopyContentFlow is entitled to payment for work performed.

2.9 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Girona, Spain.

Refund Policy

Our Refund Guarantee

  • Full refund if we fail to deliver the agreed documentation within the specified timeline.
  • Partial refund available for incomplete work if project is terminated early.
  • No refunds once deliverables have been accepted and approved by the Client.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery or non-delivery.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
LEGAL DOCUMENTATION

4.1 Refund Eligibility
CopyContentFlow, registered at Carrer de Santa Clara 15, 17001 Girona, Spain, provides the following refund terms in accordance with Spanish consumer protection law and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

4.2 Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 102 of the Spanish Royal Decree-Law 1/2007, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without providing any justification. This right applies to services not yet commenced.

4.3 Service Commencement
By requesting commencement of services before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the Client acknowledges and agrees that the right of withdrawal is waived once work has begun.

4.4 Non-Delivery
If CopyContentFlow fails to deliver the agreed services within the specified timeline due to circumstances within its control, the Client is entitled to a full refund of all payments made for the undelivered service.

4.5 Partial Delivery
In cases where work has been partially completed and the Client terminates the agreement, the Client is entitled to receive all completed deliverables and is entitled to a refund proportional to work not yet performed.

4.6 Delivered Acceptance
Once deliverables have been formally accepted by the Client (via written confirmation or continued use exceeding 7 days without objection), no refund shall be provided for the accepted deliverables.

4.7 Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 calendar days of the refund trigger event. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

4.8 Disputes
Any disputes regarding refund eligibility shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Girona, Spain.
